You’d be surprised to know that both these dresses are indeed the same. Like beauty lies in the eyes of the beholder- these dresses’ patterns lie at the hands of the wearer. They can twist and turn the fabric anyway to fit their form, and it is quite a brilliant solution to accommodate different body types in your retinue.
But why is it a fail? Some bridesmaids may go with conservative looks and others might try a daring look like a very deep plunge neck. And while the color stays uniform, the many designs might just clash with the well thought out dress of the bride- there’s your disaster!
Something Blue
This is a lovely picture, so one might even think why it’s listed along with all these other wedding fails. Well, for starters, it looks like the cameraman has taken a liking to the spritely bridesmaid. Why else would he focus on her when the lovely bride is striking a pose herself in a most exquisite and sparkly wedding gown?
Maybe this is just a single instance where the photographer took turns to capture each person on the wedding tribe individually. Well, we sure hope so, or he might not get paid for the coverage!
Third Wheel Gone Wrong
Bridesmaids could be a blessing or a nightmare for any wedding, and we’re afraid this one borders on being the latter. She seems quite determined to upstage the bride in every photo, and we’re not sure why.
The leg antic also seems way too attention-grabbing and inappropriate, and while the sweet couple is playing along with smiles, we’re certain the bride was getting tired of the show. She even seems to be forcing the smile and was possibly hoping this gal would disappear soon enough! No one wants to flip through their beloved wedding album and see they were photobombed the whole time, right?
Itches, Scratches & Flowers
We all have that one tee with the annoying label that makes you itch. All that is well, because you can either cut off the label or change into another. But can you do that at your best friend’s wedding? Especially when you’re in the retinue?!
We guess not. So these two girls are surely in for a shock when they go through the photos later, only to find their hands scratching at the most embarrassing spot ever! It’s pretty clear the cause is the dress though since they are both going through the ordeal. Hopefully it didn’t last throughout the ceremony!
It’s Always Wine O’Clock Somewhere
This wild bridesmaid is having the time of her life gulping that bottle of wine. Both the bride and the fellow bridesmaid look stunned as the wine makes it onto the gorgeous sugar-white dress of the drinker.
Unfortunately, it looks like they had just arrived at the venue, and not even the food is out yet. Someone better round up the glam squad again because this girl needs a second makeover! Here’s hoping they had already concluded with the photoshoot, or there’s going to be a lot of panic later, to take off those nasty stains!
Imperfect Bridesmaids. Perfect Friends.
A lot is going on in this photo. It seems that all the bridesmaids are portraying behavior that's not fit for a wedding day, and the poor bride is trying to keep her young flower girl from seeing it all.
We know this picture is staged, but it's a great representation of how some bridal parties handle a big day, much to the bride's detriment sometimes. However, this wife-to-be is lucky to have such fantastic friends as part of her entourage, and it's safe to say that if this photo is anything to go by, the whole experience was probably a blast!
Blown Away
We expect wedding ceremonies to be pitch-perfect! Right from the position of the altar and timing of the bride to the placement of flowers and seating arrangements, everything is taken care of with rehearsals and numerous checks. While this family thought everything was taken care of, they missed an important aspect - checking weather conditions!
Due to a strong breeze and a gown that simply wouldn’t stay still, the bride had to endure an unnecessary faux pas. Now, along with beautiful memories of her wedding ceremony, she probably recollects that dreaded Marilyn Monroe moment too!
How On Earth?
Usually, bridesmaids, groomsmen, or the guests play a prank on the newly-weds, but this time around, the hunted became the hunter! During what was an epic garter removal ceremony, the groom completed the drill and emerged successful in the pursuit of the garment. But what he revealed was a huge garter that most certainly didn’t look beautiful!
In fact, the garter belt was so huge that more than one bride could have easily fit into it. As a result, the groomsmen, who were initially quite eager to catch it, ended up running away from the entire scene!
Get Ready For Wedding… Or Clubbing!
These women are not on their way to the bachelorette party! So, where do you think these bridesmaids seem to be heading off to? They are all set for a gypsy wedding just like the one we saw on My Big Fat Gypsy Wedding.
While it is not uncommon to see people wear colorful dresses at gypsy weddings, we are not sure if the folks are cool with clubbing attire. As far as the girls are concerned, they know that a wedding is the best place to find prospective beaus, so they decided to showcase the best version of themselves!
Tying The Knot. Literally.
You know a couple is going to last forever if they can find the humor in things from the beginning, so we reckon it's safe to say that the newlyweds in this photo are on the right track!
Although they might not have intended the phrase "tying the knot" to be implemented so literally and so quickly, that's just precisely what happened in this picture, after they got caught up in the ropes of the swing they posed on. This little mishap didn't take away from the wonder of the day, though!
RSVP 2D
Weddings are an excellent way of getting the whole family back together and seeing loved ones you haven't in a long time. In fact, for most people, family holidays and nuptials are the only instances where they can spend time with otherwise rarely seen friends and family, but we can't always make it.
Take the case of this young man who, despite clearly wanting to, was unable to make it to his brother's big day. We must say his solution to the problem is both inspired and somewhat comical. Well, you tried your best young man, and it's the thought that counts after all!
A Sacrificial Rite
In our opinion, this wedding day photo is quite epic. After all, it features a lovely couple on their special day and a car that's on fire! Bonus!
We're not sure how this happened, but you have to admit, it makes for a fantastic picture. Maybe they were on their way to their honeymoon, and the car caught fire, or perhaps burning a Beetle is a rite of passage where they come from. We can only speculate, but what we do know is that capturing this moment was sheer genius on their part!
Unicorn Rodeo
Although we understand that weddings require a special touch, some people take things a little too far. Just take a look at this picture!
Like this bride whose fantasy-themed day got very real, very quickly when her horse, sorry, we mean "unicorn," didn't want to play along and decided to dump her in the lake! Clearly, this colt was not impressed with his makeover and was having none of this day's shenanigans. We don't blame him. After all, unicorns aren't real, and this stallion is, and he's magnificent enough on his own!
A Whale Of A Time
This wedding day photo is lovely for a number of reasons. Firstly, it features all the elements of a traditional Scottish wedding, like the groom dressed in his clan's tartan, and secondly, it also has an unexpected guest!
Aquarium weddings are popular, as they have fantastic imagery for backdrops, as in this case. Imagine taking a picture like this, and then you get photobombed by a Beluga whale! Well, as you can see, that's precisely what happened, and it seems that this sea mammal is very happy about this union, and we share his sentiment!
When The World Collapsed
After months and months of planning, thousands of dollars spent, seating arrangements meticulously finalized, and perfect dresses found - And just like that, it all goes down the river without a paddle! But this still isn't a day of sorrow!
This photographer unintentionally ruined the big day by suggesting that the wedding party gather on a pier. However, he did not take the structural integrity of it all into account, and disaster struck. Luckily he was able to capture the imminent collapse on film, and now everybody has something to laugh at in the future!
I Am The One!
We have a couple of questions about this vintage wedding photograph, and we need answers! Why do all the bridesmaid's dresses match each other and the curtains? Is it because the bride wanted to stand out completely? Did she not like her bridesmaids?
We can only speculate, but we reckon that she thought being the bell of the ball required her wedding party to fade into the background. Do we also wonder what makes the little flower girl so unique? Either she's a short rebel or a firm favorite of the bride-to-be. Either way, we got a lot of fun out of this image!
A Confectionery Demise
Who's not quite so brilliant idea was it to bring an uncut wedding cake outside and into a wedding photo before the bride and groom had a chance to slice it? After all, it's the first thing the new pair do together, and it has quite a symbolic history behind it.
It seems that the couple's bearded friend reckoned it was a good idea until he stumbled, and he and the entire confection came tumbling down. The guy on the left looks like he's laughing it up, and we understand why. What else can you do but snicker in the face of such tragedy!

It seems that this groom had something that he'd been hiding from his new bride and friends for years, and it appears that the bride and the rest of the wedding party are quite shocked by him kissing his best man!
That's probably not the case, though, and everybody was most likely in on this gag. Though we have to say that this is one epic way of getting people's attention, and they'll inevitably have a pic of their big day that will be a real conversation starter for years to come!
Houston, We've Got A Glider On Our Six!
Whenever you take wedding photos in a public space, you run the risk of something going awry, and this picture is no exception to that rule. This wedding party got more than they bargained for when they headed to the beach to capture some moments.
We don't quite understand how this paraglider made it into this shot's background because it's not like these motorized flyers are super quiet. But you can't blame the guy operating the glider. Even though it has a propeller, a big part of its flight is up to the wind, and sometimes the breeze will take you wherever it wants!
The Fall
The most expensive wedding cake in history cost a whopping fifty-two million dollars and featured four thousand real diamonds. And unlike this one, it didn't topple to the ground!
Either way, cakes aren't cheap, and they're a big part of the special day, so when disaster strikes, as it did here, there isn't much to do except hope for the best, laugh a little and capture the moment it all went downhill! This bride and groom aren't going to have a pic of them cutting their baked wonder, but they will have this photo to look back on and remember a magical day despite this awkward incident!
Caught In A Bad Romance
While weddings are usually a happy occasion for all involved, it looks like this best man isn't having the most fantastic day. He feels like he's losing his best friend, and the reality of his buddy being married is now settling in.
He shouldn't worry too much because his mate now has a partner that can help him and take care of him when his friend isn't around. His buddy's new wife might even be able to hook him up with a girlfriend of his own, which means they can go on double dates! We know, it doesn't seem like it now, guy, but every cloud has a silver lining!

Look, we get it. Wedding days are mostly about the bride and what she expects, but we reckon all of us can agree that this wife-to-be might have taken things a little too far. After all, you've got to have quite the ego to order a wedding cake that's a life-size replica of yourself!
The fantastic thing about this image is that the woman doesn't look too thrilled about her likeness. Maybe she finds it a bit too accurate! We don't think she has a foot to stand on, though, because you have to admit that this piece of confectionery is a baked work of art!
Don’t Insist on Drinking too much!
Almost every wedding on this planet has two different sides: one is the church side, where everything formal happens, and all your relatives and friends behave well. Then there comes the reception, where things always get a little out of our hands. But we have to say that it is worth it when you are getting hitched with the right person.
Still, no friend can save this happy bride from this disaster that will ruin her beautiful wedding dress. Well, that’s precisely why we say don’t ever insist on drinking more than you can handle!

When it comes to describing a bride, people use words like gorgeous, beautiful, shy, and the many other clichés routinely spouted at weddings. However, some brides can only bring the words' fun and cool' to mind. In which case, is any bride cooler than this fiery young lady?
With stylish tattoos all over her arm and her rockstar persona, she seems more like a mythical dragon. We are sure that having a wife like her, the groom must be the happiest person on the planet. But he should be very careful in the future because he surely doesn't want to be on the wrong side of those roaring flames!
Nasty Beetle!
The wedding day is undoubtedly one of the happiest days in anyone’s life. But things can turn ugly in no time, just like this bride, who is now regretting her choice of this dress. One would ask, why? Well, while she was posing for a cool picture, a beetle made his way into the garment. That’s sad!
But fortunately, this scenario was over in a few minutes, and she was back to enjoying her day. Interestingly, either the groom is paying no attention, or maybe he was enjoying the whole situation. Either way, we appreciate his nonchalant attitude!
I Haven't Trained For This
Sometimes things don't work out quite as we planned, and it appears that this was the case for this bride. While most people make a grand entrance or exit from their big day in something like a limousine, this woman had to take the train, and as you can see, she's not happy about it.
Who knows, she might even be running away from her wedding after finding out some obscure truth about her fiancé, and the subway was the best ticket to get out quickly. Either way, no woman should feel like this on such a special occasion, and she has our deepest sympathies!
The Giant Knife!
Although it is a tradition to give the newlywed couple a decent cutlery set, let us all agree that this gigantic knife-sword-like thing is a little too much. Not only is it impractical, but it's likely that it also ruined the beautiful cake. Yet, we guess it was suitable for taking a memorable wedding picture, though.
We have to say that we love this pair because they are definitely having all the fun on their special day. And if you are also planning to get married anytime soon, then make sure that you don't worry about stiff, formal etiquettes either and do whatever you feel like doing.

We don’t know the whole story behind this picture, but we are pretty sure this is not something the pair had planned for this day. There are chances that something big must likely have happened, but we are happy that they have got each other. And maybe because of this, they’ll get through whatever is bothering them.
