We would like those that rapper Tupac lived a full life before he was killed on September 1996. Upon his death, the woman in the photo, a fan who Shakur took to her prom, wrote a letter about that magical night. Shakur was killed when he was shot repeatedly while in his car. Though he had many encounters with breaking the law, most of the people chose to him, remember his kind heart.

Seacrest was 2017's busiest man in the world and we absolutely know why. He managed to play host on both TV and radio, produce reality shows, and doing good deeds in general. Before he was the busiest man, he was just a regular student who attended prom in Dunwoody High School in Georgia with his gorgeous date.

She may not have been crowned as the Prom Queen of the night, but now, she is Queen Bey of the world. The man in the photo was her ex-boyfriend, who according to Beyonce, cheated on her. She has obviously moved past the heartbreak, as she is one of the most bankable celebrities with many real estate properties and lots of money while being married to famous rapper, Jay Z.

Tiger Woods was one of those lucky men who took their first love to the prom. The young woman is Dina Parr, Tiger's high school sweetheart and girlfriend. Unfortunately, they did not work out and split up. Well, better separate early than to be in a marriage that ends up in divorce.

Magic Johnson was both the King of Basketball and the Prom Prince during high school. It is very evident through his prom photos that he always had that friendly and honest smile.

This may not conform to the theme of old prom photos, but we feel it warrants a space here, since a famous celebrity honored her promise to attend a ball with a big fan of hers.  Ronda Rousey is a popular American judoka, mixed martial artist, professional wrestler, and an actress.  And because she is multi-talented as she is gorgeous, Marine Jarrod Haschert could not help but be enamored with the WWE star.  The said marine posted a video  on Facebook in August 2018 asking Rousey to be her date to the Marine Corps Ball in South Carolina.  The former UFC fighter accepted Haschert's invitation, honored her promise and went to the ball with Haschert, even calling him a gentleman during their date.

Natalie Portman

Does Natalie Portman even age? We don't think so. Even if she was already acting at that time, she just could not decline the invitation to attend her prom in a hotel in New York.
